Well...this trip made us make the decision to fire our booking agency
Crush Concerts,
due to bad travel planning and the lack of help when things turned ugly.
We recommend that people stay away from this less than serious company.

With that said let's turn to the GOOD things of this trip.

Bang Your Head was awesome!
We opened the festival quite early on the friday morning,
we didn't have much expectations concerning crowd and stuff due to the
early hours but DAMN we were surprised!
We never thought that metalheads could get up that early in the morning,
haha.
Thousands of people going nuts that time of day was an awesome sight to
see...THANX!
The rest of the day we spent hanging around in the nice summer weather and
just enjoyed ourselves with
beer and great company!

Metal Camp!
This was an interresting trip, we travelled through the massive
thunderstorm that hit Balingen that same night and destroyed the stage
along with a couple of hundred tents.
Lucky to get away from that we woke up hours later very hight up in the
Slovenian mountains,
the roads were not much wider than our bus...very scary...

Exciter (Canada) joined us on the bus to Tolmin and we had a good time
travelling with them.

At Metal Camp the sun was even hotter than in Balingen and we had a very
hot show to say the least.
The crowd seemed a bit worn down from the previous night (very much like
us, haha) but they did their best
and we had a really good time there.

Loads of gratitude to the people at BYH and Metal Camp!
